GLOSSARY

 Cat: a small domesticated carnivorous mammal with soft fur, a short snout, and retractile claws. It is widely kept pet or for catching mice, and many breeds have been developed

Dog: a domesticated carnivorous mammal that typically has a long snout, an acute sense of smell, non-retractile claws,

Fish: a limbless cold-blooded vertebrate animal with gills and fins living wholly in water.

Pet: a domesticated animal

Rabbit: a gregarious burrowing plant-eating mammal, with long ears, long hind legs, and a short tail.

Reptiles: a group of cold-blooded animals which have skins covered with small hard plates called scales and lay eggs

Snake: a long limbless reptile which has no eyelids, a short tail, and jaws that are capable of considerable extension. Some snakes have a venomous bite


GRAMMAR

Imperatives. Example: Open your books or Don't talk

Present simple: be. Example: Barcelona is in Spain
